Ideally suited for the business owner that will occupy a minimum of 25% of the property and can provide a
minimum of 2 years of stabilized financials. Subject business and borrower's financials are analyzed to
calculate a global debt service calculation. Lease income generated by investment tenants is allowed to be
applied towards debt service in underwriting.
