lenders. Brokers are expected to spend their time and money to source a viable loan candidate,
only to have a lender underpay them for their work. Banks earn substantial premiums on the
loan they take from brokers yet typically are unwilling to share any of the premium generated
on those loans. You now have the ability to set pricing and pre-payment penalties. You
determine what the market will bear and you determine your commission on the loan. A simple
